Besonders bedeutend schien dabei der Wechsel von Lebensphase 9 auf Lebensphase 10 zu sein, da mit Lebensphase 9 die kairologische Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsentwicklung abgeschlossen ist und der Kreislauf in transformierter Form in Lebensphase 10 von neuem beginnt.<\/p>\n<p>KAIROS-Geburtstage hat man ja nicht so oft, da ein Wechsel nur rund alle 6,5 Jahre stattfindet. Es begann vor einiger Zeit mit einem normalen Kaffeeklatsch am Tag des Lebensphasenwechsels und entwickelte sich immer mehr in Richtung kairologischer Betrachtungen und R\u00fcckblicke. Mittlerweile kristallisiert sich schon so etwas wie ein <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">KAIROS-Geburtstags-Ritual<\/span> heraus. Einige Mitglieder k\u00f6nnen fast nicht mehr erwarten, endlich einen KAIROS-Geburtstag zu haben, weil sie auch gerne einmal so gefeiert werden m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Letzte, der kairologisch gefeiert wurde f\u00fcr seinen Wechsel von Lebensphase 7 nach Lebensphase 8, ist der Vorsitzende der DGfK, Gerd Xeller. Sein Wechsel passte ideal zusammen mit dem letzten Trainings-Camp. Wir haben sein Ritual begleitet, am Wasser gestanden, ins Feuer geschaut und fr\u00f6hlich gesungen.<br \/>\nDas Sch\u00f6ne dabei: wir haben nicht nur den Lebensphasenwechsel w\u00fcrdig gefeiert, sondern durch diese starke Energie w\u00e4hrend der &#8218;Zeremonie&#8216; ist auch die Gruppe ganz anders zusammengeschwei\u00dft. Wir kennen uns teilweise schon sehr lange und vertragen uns gut. Doch durch diesen KAIROS-Geburtstag sind wir uns innerlich noch viel n\u00e4her gekommen. Das war auch am Folgetag sehr sp\u00fcrbar.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sehen uns mit der Feier eines KAIROS-Geburtstag f\u00fcr uns alle auf einem guten Weg. Das sich Besinnen, die R\u00fcckschau auf das wie war oder bin ich mit was wie in Beziehung und wie stark bin ich in Beziehung, ist f\u00fcr jedes KAIROS-Geburtstagskind sehr wertvoll.
